For those who don't know much about LANGE,
well he's one of a select handful of artists accredited with
defining the trance genre
sound as we know it today. He has played at some of the UK's biggest clubs
(including GODSKITCHEN,
GATECRASHER, PASSION,
GALLERY, WILDCHILD,
and SLINKY), and he's also
universally recognised as one of the scene's strongest
and most consistent DJ /
producers.

LANGE (pronounced like "Flange"
without the "F") is the
original British pioneer of the trance scene we know
today, shaping the sound of clubbing worldwide since 1998.
Alongside Ferry Corsten and
Paul Van Dyk, LANGE has dominated
the scene creating some of the genre's biggest dance anthems. Who could forget
his remixes of tracks like Agnelli & Nelson's "Every Day"
or Lost Witness' "Red Sun Rising";
not to mention his massive hits "You Take My Breath Away"
and "Always On My Mind" under the
alias Sureal.
LANGE has featured on 2 'Now That's What I call Music'
compilations, each selling in excess of a Million copies, and has done
TV performances on the BBC's 'Top of
the Pops' and also the Pepsi Chart
show. Total compilation album sales featuring LANGE
productions are estimated at around 25 million
copies.
LANGE is not just a superstar DJ / Producer though... he could also be set to
star in the 4th series of US TV hit series 'Lost'!
A big fan of the show, LANGE should be starting negotiations with producers
soon for a part which could see him appear in several episodes in
2007.
When asked about this new career direction, LANGE allegedly said: "This is a
great opportunity for me as I'm a big fan of the show, but do not fear, I have
no intentions of retiring from the music scene! I love trance too much! ... if
it comes to the crunch, and time becomes an issue, I’ll have to ditch the
Hollywood career."
